HASTELLOY WIREMESH

Hastelloy Wire Mesh is a grid formed by welding steel wires together at their intersections. Welded steel wire mesh offers greater strength and versatility over woven mesh. Welded mesh will not fray or unravel, is stable and rigid, has a smooth surface and has an excellent aesthetic appearance.Hastelloy mesh is also named with Hastelloy wire mesh and hastelloy mesh screen. It can be made of Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22 etc.
Hastelloy C276 Woven Wire Mesh should be in the annealed condition for cold working. Hastelloy C276 Spring Steel Wire Mesh has a higher work – hardening rate than the austenitic stainless steels which should be taken into consideration. The most commonly used one is hastelloy C276 mesh. Hastelloy mesh has outstanding corrosion resistance in elevated temperature, and is providing outstanding protection in the abrasive conditions. It has supreme durability, good strength and high pressure and stress tolerance.
Hastelloy Mesh is available in any sizes and shapes, such as rolls, squares, discs, rings, etc.
