Kubpak Raschig Rings

Kubpak Raschig Rings

Kuber Precision Technology also offers specially designed Raschig rings packing is proficiently loaded with low pressing factor drop from 0.1 to 0.4 mbar/stage, suits low fluid burden 0.05 m3/m2h, and has a higher surface area and NTSM. Their surface area and shape creates a randomly packed distillation environment that performs better than fractal patterns and allows for good internal liquid distribution, consistent and repeatable efficiency.

FAQ'S

In Raschig ring packing, rings are tubular pieces commonly used as random packing materials in chemical processing and mass transfer operations.

Raschig rings are usually made of ceramic or metals, and provide a large surface area within the column, allowing for interaction between liquid and gas vapors.

The best way to use is to put Raschig rings in the column first and then cut up some little pieces of your copper mesh and put them in and around the cooling lines.

Spreading them out on a cookie tray and baking them in any household oven. The heat should vaporize any remaining volatile compounds and leave you with clean Raschig rings.
