Wiremesh Structured Packing (KUBPAK-WM)

Wire mesh Structured Packing (KUBPAK-WM)

Wire Mesh Structured Packing has been successfully employed in the business for over 10 years permitting difficult separation tasks to be cultivated. They are for the most part used in little to medium width sections for partitions requiring the greatest number of theoretical stages in minimum column height. This packing is well suited for applications that require high separation efficiency and minimum hold-up. Due to the Ultra-high-efficiency of column packings, they are extremely advantageous in laboratory distillation systems.

Kuber Precision Technology manufactures and supplies wire mesh structured packing to industries in India, the USA, Europe, and UAE.

FAQ'S

It is a high-efficiency, corrugated-type packing constructed with a wire mesh material. This product is typically used for fine chemical distillation.

Wire-mesh structured packing has high separation efficiency even at very small liquid loads, making it very suitable for the distillation of thermally sensitive products.

Random packing uses a random distribution of small packing materials to assist in the separation process, while structured packing uses larger, fixed packing structures.

Packed distillation columns allow rising vapors to contact descending condensate. The more vapor-liquid contacts the better the separation.
